13. Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any GetSafeTips customer, GetSafeTips employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and GetSafeTips and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and GetSafeTips (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
15. Any misuse, misconduct or other abuse of the relationship with GetSafeTips will result in immediate cancelling of any relation between the customer and GetSafeTips.

Payment of Fees:

1. Customer is to be billed in advance by GetSafeTips for the subscription offered. Before the subscription is available for use, customer must accept the terms of business as presented. Customer, by purchasing our service for the desired time period, receives by email at least 1 sports match daily, depending on the length of his subscription. All plan levels are billed in advance on a 2-day or 30-day basis . You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or by yourself, however, GetSafeTips.com does not offer refunds for any payments already made. Your access to the Service will be deactivated without notice for failure to pay any amount due within one (1) calendar days of the due date.

Cancellation and Termination:

1. You may cancel your account at anytime by emailing contact@GetSafeTips.com
2. Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
3. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the GetSafeTips service for any reason, without notice at any time.
4. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, GetSafeTips may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.

Modifications to the Service and Prices:

1. Prices for using GetSafeTips are subject to change upon 14 days notice from GetSafeTips. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the GetSafeTips Site or the administration menu of your GetSafeTips account via an announcement.
